As of April 1st, Sivantos Group became the majority shareholder of Comunicare Aparelhos Auditivos. Comunicare has been a reseller of best-in-class hearing aids since 2004, and in its fourteen-year-history has grown into 29 own shops throughout Brazil. Today, Comunicare is the biggest reseller of our brand Signia in the country.
Sivantos Brazil CEO Luiz Eringer said: “Comunicare will now have even more capacity to expand their activities and growth within Brazil.” Management of Comunicare will remain the same and they will continue to act independently in the Brazilian market.
