Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer: Cycling for charity

A combined team of employees from Calgary Hearing Air & Audiology and Sivantos Canada participated in the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer in August. The ride is a two-day, 200-kilometre cycling journey along the majestic Canadian Rockies. Although the 19th was rained out the team bravely took on the challenge on the 18th August.

Sivantos donate almost 5,000 Canadian dollars (around 3,830 USD) to get the team going and the team was able to raise an additional 12,000 CAD (approx. 9,240 USD) for the charity.

The Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer was created in 2008 as a charity event in support of The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto, Ontario. It takes place annually in various locations across Canada and Australia and sees thousands of people taking part.
