audibene now with hear.com in Canada
29 July 2016
audibene, the world’s largest online portal for independent hearing advice, recently launched its services in Canada – under the name hear.com. With this launch, the former start-up company has expanded its network to include eleven countries and over 400 employees, which now also include Canadian staff. They have already reported promising initial developments: it is apparent that younger customers than is normal for the industry are generally interested in the new service provider in Canada as well. This is not surprising, as audibene provides expert and independent advice online and by telephone regarding the choice of the most appropriate hearing aid, before then working closely together with the customer in order to have the hearing aid fitted correctly by a hearing care professional.
When audibene encountered the Sivantos Group a year ago, the company was active in three markets in Europe. With Sivantos as a partner, it rapidly grew to become a globally successful company and now already has more than one million website visitors and 30,000 initial discussions with end customers per month. Sivantos also benefits – with its channel of communication, audibene doesn’t just address a younger target group, but is also a leader in the field of online communications.
audibene doesn’t just offer Sivantos Group products, but sees itself as an independent distributor of all brands. With a network of approximately 3,000 hearing care professional partners, audibene currently serves customers in Germany, France, the Netherlands, India, Korea, Malaysia, Switzerland, Thailand, UK, USA – and now also Canada.
