The audibene’s business model and its implementation have won over the jury of the “Industrial Excellence Award” which is presented by the German industry magazine “WirtschaftsWoche” (Industry Weekly) together with several business schools.
At the end of October, the audibene founders Dr. Marco Vietor and Paul Crusius received this award in the category “Start-Up”. audibene’s business model, which is characterized by linking the online platform with local hearing care professionals, is an innovation in this market, according to the jury. Furthermore, new customer acquisition via social media channels, such as Facebook or Twitter, played a decisive role. This award was also earned by audibene through their dynamic development and high level of growth as well as their constant innovation. An example of this is the cooperation with Sivantos for the development of the TeleCare solution.
Throughout Europe, the “Industrial Excellence Award” is given to companies from the industry and the service sectors who have set standards in management quality and strategy implementation. The jury is comprised of representatives from diverse European business schools, such as the Cambridge Judge Business School, INSEAD, WHU and the Bocconi Business School.
