HearUSA was recently awarded Best Customer Service 2019 by Newsweek under the “hearing care” category. The results were taken from a survey in which around 20,000 customers evaluated various brands’ quality of communication, technical competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility. The top three brands of each category were awarded the title of Best Customer Service 2019. HearUSA came in first place for hearing care with a score of 7.74, just beating out competitors Connect Hearing (7.67) and Miracle-Ear (7.38).
